Drafted by the PIC. Approved upstream. Sent in minutes.

Every engagement begins with a quotation — line items, disbursements, taxes, and discounts assembled from firm-defined templates. Routed through Manager review before it leaves the building. One-click conversion to invoice when the brief is won.

§ 3.2 — Dashboard

One screen. Every number that matters. Role-aware.

Partners see revenue and velocity. Managers see their queue and approvals. PICs see their workload and TAT. The dashboard rearranges itself by role — no training, no toggles, no dead widgets. Drill from any tile straight to the underlying file.

§ 3.3 — Tracking

142 stages. Every hand-off timestamped. Breaches flagged.

From file-opening to title issuance, every stage carries an expected turnaround. As work moves, the timeline writes itself — who did what, when, and how long it took. Breaches surface to managers automatically, with the offending stage in red and the client on the line.

§ 4.2 — Access Control

Six roles. Granular permissions. No grey areas.

From SuperAdmin to read-only User, every action is permission-checked at both API and UI layers. PICs see only their assigned files. Managers approve within their department. Accounts processes — but never approves. The chain of custody is enforced, not assumed.

§ 4.3 — Executive Analytics

Real-time KPIs the partner actually opens.

The Partner Dashboard surfaces revenue, file velocity, collection rates, and per-PIC performance in views designed for someone who has six minutes between meetings — not six hours of training.

Chapter VI — Questions

The questions partners ask first.

The honest answers to what every managing partner and IT lead wants to know before signing. If yours isn't here, tell us — we'd rather answer plainly than dance around it.

Ask Us Directly
How long does onboarding actually take? +

For a firm of any size, technical provisioning takes under one day — a new tenant is spun up in our database, module flags are toggled, and your subdomain is live. The longer part is data migration and your team's familiarisation, which we typically complete inside two weeks.

You don't need to wait for a "go-live" date — you can start using empty modules immediately and import existing matters at your own pace.

Typical timeline · Tech 1 day · Migration 1–2 weeks
Can we subscribe to only the modules we actually use? +

Yes. Subscription flags toggle each of the six modules — Marketing, Conveyancing, Litigation, Accounts, HR, and TAT — independently per company. A pure conveyancing practice can run just Conveyancing + Accounts, and the other modules stay completely hidden from the interface and the data layer.

You can switch modules on or off at any time. The platform is priced per active module, so you only pay for what you practice.

Toggle scope · Per Company · Database + UI
How is our firm's data isolated from other firms on the platform? +

Tenant isolation happens at the database layer — not at the application layer. Every query is scoped to your tenant ID at the connection level, so even an application bug cannot leak data across firms. Clients, files, financials, and staff records are partitioned and indexed separately.

Your partners and PICs only ever see your firm's universe. There is no shared search index, no shared file store, no shared cache.

Isolation · Database-level · Connection-scoped
Who sees what — and how do you prevent leakage between roles? +

Six role tiers — SuperAdmin, Admin, Manager, PIC, Accounts, Front Desk — each with granular permissions checked at both the API and UI layers. A PIC sees only their assigned files. A Manager approves within their department. Accounts processes payments but never approves them.

Every action is logged into an immutable audit trail. The chain of custody is enforced, not assumed.

Enforcement · API + UI · 6 Role Tiers
Where is the data hosted and how is it backed up? +

The platform runs on AWS in ap-southeast-1 (Singapore region) — the closest region to Malaysian practitioners. Databases are replicated across availability zones in real time. Daily snapshots are retained for 30 days, and point-in-time recovery is available for the last 7 days.

For firms with stricter compliance requirements, we can discuss data-residency options or a private deployment in a customer-owned AWS account.

Hosting · AWS ap-southeast-1 · Multi-AZ
Can we export our matters and files if we ever leave? +

Yes, always — your data is your data. You can export individual matters as PDF bundles, full module data as CSV or XLSX, and your entire tenant as a structured JSON archive with all linked documents. No lock-in clauses, no exit fees.

We'll also assist with the export and reasonable hand-off if you decide to switch platforms.

Export formats · PDF · CSV · XLSX · JSON
Does it handle Syariah and Civil courts together? +

Yes. The Litigation module covers Civil, Syariah, Small Estate, and Order for Sale. Hearings, mentions, and outcomes are tracked separately per court type, with distinct stage templates that respect each court's procedural realities.

Firms running both Civil and Syariah departments can scope PICs to specific court types so the case lists stay clean.

Courts · Civil · Syariah · Small Estate · OFS
Is there an immutable audit trail for compliance audits? +

Yes. Every state change — every approval, every payment, every stage progression — is written to an append-only activity log. Records cannot be edited or deleted, only superseded by a new entry that references the previous one. Bar council audits and Bank Negara compliance checks become a matter of filtering the log, not reconstructing it.

Log type · Append-only · Cryptographically chained
What does it cost? +

Pricing is per active module, per user tier, billed monthly. There's a small base platform fee per tenant and a per-seat charge that scales gently — solo practices and 50-PIC firms pay proportionally fair amounts.

Reach out for an exact quote based on your module mix and staff count. No setup fees, no minimum contracts.

Billing · Monthly · Per Module · Per Seat
